Blue starring Julia Stiles

Blue is a 12-episode Youtube series that stars Julia Stiles as the main character Blue. She is a young, single mother who works in an accounting firm and has a secret side job as an escort. She works very hard to keep this a secret from her son Josh (Shelton), but soon her secret might be exposed. Other characters include her co-worker Lavinia (American Horror Story: Asylum‘s Paulson), Cooper, a childhood friend (Harbour) and Quinlan as Blue’s mother.

I’m a huge fan of Julia Stiles, and I loved this series. Each episode is only 7-10 minutes long but it’s very engaging and straight to the point. I especially love the relationship between Blue and her son Josh. She became a mother at a young age and she is still growing and learning about herself as she also helps Josh through his teenage years. There’s a few times when he has to take the role of a parent and watch over his mother.

This show also explores Blue’s feelings as she moves beween clients. She is a master at pretending to be someone else. Whatever the client wants her to be, she’ll be. She has an arsenal of sexy lingerie and she’s blessed with good looks but inside she is very fragile and very shameful of the second job that she took to make ends meet.

Here is episode 1. You probably shouldn’t watch this at work. There’s no nudity and the ‘sex’ scene is really just Blue moaning for a few seconds but it’s kinda hard to explain why you’re watching Julia Stiles in lingerie instead of replying to emails and doing your job.

If you watched Blue, let me know what you thought about it!
